We follow a self-pay model because insurance companies often dictate and restrict how we treat, and we prefer to address each patient’s needs as we see fit.
Many insurance plans come with high annual deductibles, which need to be met before coverage kicks in for physical therapy. With self-pay treatment, you will never receive a surprise bill from us.
We are in network with BCBS PPO plans and can bill them directly. For all other plans, we provide a superbill that you can submit directly to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
