Now Introducing Small Group Classes at
The Pelvic Institute
Yoga
For those looking to build full body strength in their practice and further refine their balance skills on the mat, this practice weaves together arm balances, inversions, deep core exercises, pelvic floor-engaging poses, and standing balancing poses. Class themes may be focused on grounding, flying, or stabilizing to build confidence in defying gravity. We will break down challenging postures at a slower pace and allow time to play and explore.
This class is designed for all levels and welcomes anyone interested in exploring more creative and complex flows, calisthenics, and practicing self trust in challenging postures. It’s also designed to realign balance on both sides of the body.
All Classes are nonheated.
Strong Flow - Mondays 7PM
Pelvic Floor Yin - Coming Soon
Decompress and recover with this gentle practice. As a counterbalance for pelvic floor strengthening and core engagement, this class will focus on releasing tension through hip and low back opening. You can expect long, deep holds in postures that target connective tissues, increase flexibility and joint mobility, and relieve tension in the pelvic floor muscles, spine, and hips. Pelvic Floor Yin is a perfect complement to our Strong Flow class.
All classes are nonheated.
